heroal D 93 FP represents certified fire protection, equally recognised throughout Europe. The fire protection system was tested and certified according to CE mark requirements and therefore meets all valid EC directives. In addition, heroal D 93 FP was tested on fire resistance according to DIN EN 13501-2 classifications, and was able to withstand the fire for more than 30 minutes, meeting fire resistance classification EI 30. The system achieved this classification by means of clamp-on profile and glass protections and laminates. The insertion of cooling plates into major profiles, glazing bar and bottom profiles is no longer necessary. If required, an EI 60 or EI 90 classification can be met by some additional equipment to the same system. Furthermore, the system complies with the regulations for both inside and outside use.

The heroal D 82 SP 5-chamber profile system offers technically sophisticated solutions for fire prevention elements. The separation of cooling zone and functional track which is unique to heroal guarantees lasting application and functional reliability, even with frequent use. As well as national certification, there is also the possibility for certification in Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

There are various different ways of combining smoke protection elements in indoor areas: with the heroal D 65 C SP profile system, it is possible to install single- and double-casement smoke control doors that have been tested to DIN 18095 RS 1/RS 2 and EN 1634-3 standards. Central glazing or an automatic hinged door drive system for smoke control doors are also available as an option. Versions with fixed glazing or dividing wall systems are also possible in a variety of designs. Clampable hinges enable quick and cost-effective production.

The heroal D 65 C FP profile system's single- and double-casement fire doors, which have been tested to EN 1364-1 and 1634-1 standard and approved in accordance with the national classification report, offer various design options including side sections and transom windows. The profiles of the heroal D 65 C system provide a basis that can be extended to create fire protection barriers with just a few additional components. Versions with nonbearing protective wall constructions are also possible in a variety of designs.

The heroal W 65 system provides a basis, which can be extended with just a few additional components to make an extremely economical fire prevention window. The single-casement fire prevention windows of the heroal W 65 FP system, which are tested and approved according to the Austrian standards ÖNORM EN 1364-1 and 1634-1, provide numerous design options.

The heroal C 50 FP fire protection curtain wall system requires a CE marking and has been tested in accordance with the EN 13501-2 standard as a curtain wall by the ift Rosenheim testing institute. All fire protection components are concealed within the construction, enabling an invisible transition to façade areas without protective requirements.

heroal extends its range of products by the fire protection glass ANTIFIRE 22 - EI 30 for the fire protection system heroal D 82 FP. This glass meets all relevant technical requirements for approval according to EN 14449: 2005 (Glass in building-Laminated glass and laminated safety glass). It is an appealing addition to the glass portfolio of heroal’s D 82 FP system.
